We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for Security Architect within the Network Technology Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below. 

Detailed Description

Reporting to the EHOD Network Access, The role holder will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of the Security Solutions and respective architecture for the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) Security solutions target architecture. This role is responsible for the technical analysis and holistic solution design of all Security capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain deliveries and technical enablers.

This role is responsible for delivering the target architecture that meet the EBU product and customer specific requirements. 

Job Responsibilities

• Translate the overall technology network topology and target architecture into corresponding solution designs for EBU customers.

• Define operational, and quality requirements for EBU customer security requirements.

• Collaborate with domain specialists to plan delivery of customer security solutions.

• Provide guidance to delivery teams to ensure alignment with the EBU customer requirements.

• Collaborate with domain specialists to ensure solution compliance to security, privacy, and regulatory needs.

• Will build network designs and specific use cases for the deployment for EBU customer Security solutions.

• Complete feasibility analysis.

• Undertake solution design

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or other related field is preferred.

• Five to seven years of experience in the IT Networks and Security domains.

• Deep understanding of IT regulations

• Experience in interpreting law, policy and/or regulations

• Extensive knowledge of Internet security issues

• Extensive exposure to multiple, diverse technologies environments

• Extensive experience in technical capability modelling and technical and solution architecture.
