Essential Function

• Collects and checks authenticity of all collateral property documents.

• Check and differentiate Type of vehicle (Truck, trailer, tractor with semi-trailer, midi-truck, bus, midi-bus, mini-bus, pick-up single cabin, pick-up double cabin, van, 4-wheel drive for personnel with number of seats, automobile sedan) presented for collateral.

• Detects, examines and takes pictures (both photograph and video as appropriate) and other data for vehicle’s, Production Machinery and Construction earth Moving Vehicles.

• Other relevant documents deemed necessary for the specific task, such as electro mechanical equipment specification, lift, generator etc.…

• Interprets the data, estimates value of collateral, and produces collateral estimation result reports.

• Provides technical advice on discrepancies observed and justifications for variation on estimated values of collateral.

• Performing other related duties as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BSc Degree in Construction Technology Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture or related fields

Experience

• 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in Banking sector of which 2 years as Mechanical Engineer.
