Job Description
We are searching a dialysis nurse who is registered nurse specialized in nephrology nursing.
Duties and responsibilities
Provide dialysis nursing care to patients with kidney problems.
Perform dialysis to filter toxins and waste products from the blood.
Perform hemodialysis to patients as ordered by nephrologists.
Maintain and manage hem dialysis machines, systems and equipment.
Good knowledge on vasscular access management as application (Av fistula or graft and central vein catheter)
Monitor and assess vital signs of dialysis patients.
Instruct and counsel patients & their families on dialysis nursing care issues.
Monitor patient reaction to treatment interventions.
Administer medications as prescribed by nephrologists or physicians.
Ensure comfort to patients while executing dialysis nurse functions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
It is necessary to have a degree in nursing and to get licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
At least 3 years of experience as dialysis nurse
Good understanding of health information structures and technology.
Demonstrate brilliant empathy and communication skills.
Ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment.
