A fantastic opportunity to join the leading kitchen cabinet and other related home interior finishing product provider in Ethiopia. Kitchen world Plc is a one stop place to get on services from Design, Product to installation with an excellent reputation in product quality and customer services.

Special Skills:

  • Processing Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, Power Point, outlook etc.  and Skill in operating all office technologies.
  • Fluency in English and national language with a good typing skill  of about 40 words per minute is required
  • Effective Internet utilization skill
  • Ability to communicate orally and in written with local as well as international business partners
  • Organizing and coordinating special events, meetings, travel arrangements etc.
  • Drawing agendas, taking and writing minutes of meetings, preparing bid documents, record-keeping/filing systems, processes and procedures.                               
  • Good personnel management skills 
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision
  • Preparing periodic reports 

Contract Duration: Six months’ contract -With possibility of extension

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management and/or Business Administration, Business Administration and Information System, Library Science, ILS from recognized Higher Educational Institution.

Experience:   

  • Minimum of 3 years Secretarial Service with Degree/5 years Secretarial Service with Diploma in a Merchandize Business Company(ies) preferably, with import as one dimension of the business.
