Essential Function

• Proper recording of share transactions and timely capitalization and payment of dividend and dividend taxes.

• Process the transfer of share, dividend calculations and allocation for correctness and compliance with relevant laws and procedures.

• Respond to shareholder claims and queries and provide appropriate information to shareholders and appropriate government organs.

• Originate transaction entries and vouchers and countersign on vouchers for share transfer, dividend payment, tax schedules, share selling and other transactions.

• Maintain proper recording of share transactions, share registration book and custody of all shareholder documents including share certificates and other information.

• Prepare share certificates, check their accuracy after they are produced and deliver to the appropriate shareholders.

• Prepare dividend allocation report and other reports.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related with four.

Experience

• 5 years relevant experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as share operation officer
