Job Description

. Part of the Management Team of Holland Dairy with direct report to the General Manager;

· Guide, manage and implement the overall provision of HR programs, processes and policies in line with the organizational values, ethics and policies adhering to labor laws and agreements;

· Advise, challenge and support the management on HR and related matters;

· Coach and support the MT in managing talent development, succession planning, performance management, competence development;

· Drive, challenge and support managers in change management, employee engagement, organizational, culture and people development initiatives to improve business performance;

· Ensure the right Compensation & Benefit strategy for the Holland Dairy workforce;

· Develop and implement strategies that support managers in handling various aspects of labor and employee relations to shape effective relations and build employee engagement

· Implement effective HR management processes;

· Support the right trainings and development programs for the Holland Dairy workforce;

· Liaising with appropriate bodies (local, regional, provincial or national) in Oromia & Amhara regions;

Job Requirements

. Master’s Degree in HR Management;

· More than 5 years relevant experience in HR Management and Local Government Relations;

· Proven track record of recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams;

· Ability to interpret by laws, resolutions, policies, agreements, official records & related materials;

· Excellent organizational, interpersonal and multi-cultural communication skills;

· Excellent written & verbal skills in English, Oromiffa and Amharic
