Job Requirements

Education background

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in wood technology, Architecture, or another related field.

Relevant Experience

• 6+ years of Previous experience with furniture manufacturing, among which 3 years in management. 

Additional Skill

• Customer service, organizational skills and strong work ethic determining quality control standards

• overseeing production processes re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

• selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials

• organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

• supervising and managing the work of junior staff

• organizing relevant training sessions .
