Job Summary

The Production Supervisor executes the production plan made by the company and supervises the Team Leads, Line leads, and hourly associates throughout the shift. The Production Supervisor successor must be able to oversee multiple activities simultaneously and take ownership of the output of leads and associates working on his or her team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Receives production targets from production division head and  leads and line, and ensures proper staffing for all tasks

• Coordinates and monitors flow of production orders for the floor; able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow

• Ensures workstations are setup for each production activity in a manner that correlates with production targets

• Shares recommendations for improvements to  immediate supervisor Ensure that Ensures sufficient parts and supplies are on hand to meet

• Ensure production meets standards with the highest level of quality

• Review workers performance and Identify training needs

• Record production and report all news on daily weekly and monthly bases

Qualifications Required

Education

• BSc/MSc  in Industrial/mechanical/manufacturing Engineering or related field  of study

Experience

• 4 years for BSc or 2 years for MSc relevant work experience in manufacturing Industry.

• Ability to work with others, team building, committed, communicative
