Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a company’s fleet of vehicles;

• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and scheduled for regular maintenance appointments;

• Communicate with selected vendors and arrange maintenance & repair of company vehicles;

• Maintaining records of fuel usage and mileage for each vehicle in order to prepare invoices for billing purposes;

• Ensure all procedural protocols are adhered to in relation to the servicing and repairing of vehicles;

• Coordinating with insurance companies to file claims for damaged vehicles

• Reporting vehicle accidents or other incidents involving company vehicles to insurance companies or legal departments as appropriate;

• Monitor location of vehicles using GPS platform, creating reports on location, idle time, and speeding alerts;

• Renews vehicle insurance on time and ensures that all vehicle licensing remains active;

• Able to work closely with drivers, sales and supervisors and promptly respond to any query/ concerns related to company vehicle;

• Provide technical and logistical solutions to ensure vehicle downtime is minimized;

• Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in travelling out of Town

• Time-management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Computer Knowledge

• Punctual, respectful and law obedient

• Strong ability to work with various customers

Academic qualification

• BA in logistics, Mechanical Engineering or related fields;

• Renewed driving license

• Certification on Safety driving skill is a plus

Additional qualifications

Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fleet management role

Salary: As per the company scale
