Hulegeb Online Solution PLC is a young and dynamic IT company established in Ethiopia. Hulegeb is seeking qualified and experienced personnel to fill the following vacant position
Responsibilities for the Position
Ensures market assessment of new trends and practices to revise and improves customer service quality and experience;
Reviews and recommends service delivery parameters or standards as deemed necessary;
Oversees the achievement and maintenance of agreed Customer Care levels and standards
Provide considered feedback in creative reviews, to ensure brand guidelines are continuously being adhered to
Work with key stakeholders across the business to create positive, collaborative & cross-functional working relationships
Support the team in providing Executive and Board level communications in the form of Monthly and Quarterly reviews
Ensure the ways of working are adhered to and adapted to create process improvement and efficiencies
Produce reports and dashboards highlighting brand performance as required
Monitor competitor brand activity and report on a frequent basis
Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
MA/BA - Marketing, Business Management, Literature or related fields
8/10 Years of which two in managerial position
Competencies
Previous Digital Marketing Experience
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (Polls, focus groups, surveys etc) and analysis
Focused on customer service
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills,
