We are recruiting for a Communications Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a local non-profit working with Youth.
Our client is a local NGO operational for more than 15 years across various locations within Ethiopia.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way our company is perceived by key audiences. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation
Responsibilities
Participate in proposal writing processes to ensure editorial quality and content
Develop external communications strategies in partnership with program leads to advance program objectives
Coordinate the production of promotional materials including releases, media kits, and presentations
Use social media to tell our story in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with various audiences
Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of clear and creative content
Other related responsibilities
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business fields
5+ years' of experience in communications operations, preferably in a non-profit setting
Proficient use of the English language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
