Job Description
Major Responsibilities: Give customers details of digital banking product/services and Handle ATM/POS transactions dispute cases
Qualifications: A minimum of BA Degree in Management Information Science (MIS)
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Customer Support Officer
banking experience will be advantageous
Place of Work: Head Office – Alternate Channel Directorate
For all post titles except Human Resource Management Trainee, banking experience will be advantageous
