Job Summary

The job holder supports the Bank’s talent management initiatives. S/he will deliver responsive and seamless talent management activities including performance management, success management, enhancing the employee value proposition, developing talent retention programs and well-rounded candidate pipeline management.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Public Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related field plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human resource area.

  • Skills Requirement : Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
