Essential Function

  • Compile documents and prepare rental contracts.

  • Keep proper records of contracts and other relevant documents in soft and hard copy.

  • Follow up for the maintenance of photocopy machines.

  • Receive prioritize, allocate and follow up all requests related to liaising activities.

  • Avail sanitary materials for cleaners.

  • Keep an accurate record of all outsourced facility service providers.

  • Receive request for outsourced facility services, allocate to the right staff and follow up.

  • Maintain relationship with travel agents.

  • Handle the timely maintenance and repair of buildings, water and sewerage systems, electrical appliances, communication appliances, office equipment, etc.;

  • Receives transport service requests; examine the appropriateness of the transport service requests, fills out vehicle dispatch form, assigns the necessary vehicles and drivers;

Job Requirements

Qualification:- BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field,

Experience: - 5 years relevant experience preferably in the banking industry of which 2 years as Facility Management Officer.
