Essential Function

  • Monitor and follow-up that material resources are registered properly, accounted for, insured, and secured.

  • Initiate and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance of properties

  • Prepare and implement standardized fixed asset user guideline;

  • Initiates and collaborates with the Division Manager on having appropriate policies and procedures of property management;

  • Ensures and handles property registration through subsidiary and general records in hard and soft copies;

  • Properly follows up the proper functioning of properties, through follow up with responsible person for maintenance, ensures timely maintenance of properties, and proper timely disposal of properties;

  • Ensures timely actions on mishandling or misplacement (including theft) of properties by any staff member of the Bank;

  • Prepare personal files in the names of each management/ staff/ branch/office who issues fixed assets and registers each and every fixed asset used by the individual in the personal file;

  • Prepares master register book for all fixed assets in their relevant categories (furniture, office equipment vehicles etc.)

Job Requirements

Qualification:- BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field,

Experience: - 1 year relevant experience preferably in the banking industry.
