Job Description

 1.   Main Responsibilities: -

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, executes, supervises the activities of the work sector;
  • Examines the validity of the expenditure evidence, verifies that there is proper supporting documentation and arranges for payment to be made by check or cash; Pays by receiving a legal receipt or proof of payment;
  • Ensuring that the organization/hospital's guidelines and regulations are in accordance with government decrees and regulations and other guidelines.
  • Make sure that the expenses and incomes are given the correct code and register them on the computer, and make sure that various accounting records and documents are arranged in a way that is convenient for the operators and as evidence.
  • Gathering supporting evidence for salary payment and preparing payment with correct evidence;
  • Regularly monitor the payment of government tax, pension contribution, electricity, water etc. payments every month and collect and file the appropriate payment documents.
  • To monitor and ensure that the money that has been made and spent has been paid to the desired professional at the correct rate, and after payment, journalize the document and record it or monitor it to be recorded and settle the account.
  • To ensure that various accounting records and documents are filed in an orderly manner suitable for audit and evidence.
  • Reconcile and adjust each accounting ledger and keep the adjusted carefully in a manner convenient for auditors and users.
  • Regularly monitoring and checking that the registered accounting documents are correctly registered,
  • He prepares various balance receipts and withholding receipts from which the check stub is made and signs and issues them.
  • Pay the prepared checks by keeping them locked in the safe deposit box and accepting the relevant evidence at the time; Reporting any unpaid checks to immediate supervisor and making appropriate decisions;
  • Providing appropriate explanations when auditing documents regarding the work of the work sector, evaluating and filling in the work performance of the subordinates, if any.
  • Performs the tasks assigned by participating in the closing of accounts and budget preparation.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Applicants should have  a degree in Accounting and at least 3 year and above experience.

Knowledge of  Peachtree Accounting.
