JOB SUMMARY

A Junior Project Manager, assists the project Management Division head, in the management of multiple projects while coordinating projects, schedules, track the progress of projects and report their results to his/her supervisor.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

A Junior Project Manager works under the direct supervision of the Project Management Division Head. 

DUTIES  & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Project Management Division Head on: 

Assist on Project Plans Development

• Assist in the Development of concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team members

• Outline human and material resources required to successfully complete each project.

Coordinate Project Team

• Coordinate the activities of a project team and technicians to close a project successfully.

Monitor Project Progress

• Closely monitor each project to ensure that, a project remains on track and meet deadlines.

Communication and Report Project Status

•  Responsible for gathering and documenting all project progress and results; then report or present them to his supervisor.

• Maintain contact with clients and parties involved through email, phone calls, etc

Report to:  Project Manager Division Head

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and related fields; and, has a good background in networking.

• Required year of experience 1 – 2 years

• Self-initiation, able to handle multiple works at once and works under pressure and who able to work closely with team members

• The position requires an analytical person with a sense of urgency and follow up and proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Calendar Management

• Good communication; written and spoken skills

• ability to give attention to details

• Ability to be proactive and independent, and to be interdependent on the team

• Ability to get along well with the senior project manager.
