Essential Function

• Develops, periodically reviews and implements Inspection Procedure manual in line with changes in operational procedures, directives, laws, professional standards and practices.

• Develops, periodically reviews and implements risk-based inspection plan to provide assurance that all significant and risky areas are covered and inspected in a timely manner.

• Direct and coordinate the overall inspection activities including developing a risk-based Inspection work program.

• Analyze and generate a refined summary of significant inspection findings for the purpose of analyzing internal control weakness and initiating or recommending improvements.

• Thoroughly monitor rectification of the inspection findings and report not closed findings

• Conducts special investigation or assign and oversee inspectors for the same, and examine their reports.

• Partakes in the review of new and existing policies, procedure and advices the management or the Board on the adequacy of the control aspects.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• MA/MBA/BA degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration or related field,

Experience:

• 8/10 Years relevant experience in the banking industry of which (2) years should be at supervisor position.
