Background:
East African Lion Brands is a leading FMCG manufacturing company in Ethiopia. Located in Bishoftu and comprised of three production facilities—Home Care, Personal Care, and Supplementary Food—the company’s portfolio includes Crown, Peacock, Vitex, and many other household essentials. Brief:
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all the company's marketing initiatives. Using research and analysis, he/she plan and direct the marketing strategy of the company as well as oversee the execution of all marketing programs and campaigns.
Summary:
The Marketing Manger is responsible to design and implement effective marketing strategy, marketing research and advanced brand management practice in line with the business needs and brands within the Company.

Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which two(2) years in similar managerial position in FMCG industries or Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Management or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience of which four (4) years in similar managerial position.
Competencies Required:
Solid Marketing knowledge and practical skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills;
Problem-solving capacity, trustworthiness, and commitment
