SHINTS ETP Textile solution ( SouthKorean company)plc invites applicants for the following posts.

• Recording and checking all import and export items by soft copy with customs format

• If there is new product Apply to ETIDI to approve coefficient

• Identify and Checking import material declared in IM-4 and IM-5

• Collecting import and export final declaration from our agents and custom commission

• Organize  and attach import and export declarations with invoice, packing list and  air way bills  and file it in ascending order as per declaration date

•  Recording all import and export documents in  customs excel format

• Verify the Measurement of raw materials  and exported items with approved input output coefficient measurements by investment commission

• Identify fabric and accessories materials

• Make Reconciliation as per the reconciliation rules and procedures and know the reconciliation result

• Submit all both hardy copy and soft copy import, export and other necessary document to customs commission to finalize voucher reconciliation

• Coordinate and Follow up over all voucher reconciliation process, procedure and report the status to the concerned body.

• Work together with merchandise, import export, warehouse and other concerned departments related to voucher reconciliation process.

• Provide clear recommendation and suggestion to all concerned departments about Voucher reconciliation tasks.

• Organize and facilitates meetings with Customs and ETIDI and other related government bodies

• Prepare weekly report

Job Requirements

• Work Experience: 5+ years’ experience in import export and voucher reconciliation (Garment sector experience preferred)  

• Education: BA in Business related fields

• Language: Fluent in English(Writing, Speaking) and Amharic

• Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel(PowerPoint preferred)

• Leadership: Team work

• Must have a very good knowledge of Ethiopian customs Law and Practice
