Job Description

SHINTS ETP Textile solution (South Korean company) plc invites applicants for the following posts.

Our company Shints ETP Garment needs to hire Strategic Planning and Analysis Manager who fulfill the following criteria;

  • Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance and collaborate with team managers to forecast all required strategies

  • Organizes and facilitates Meetings and consul with different governmental bodies.

  • Attend meeting with government bodies representing the company

  • Organize and participate in regular weekly monthly business meeting for all department to come to come up with new ideas & solutions

  • Lead key company initiatives to improve process including new system development.

  • Communicate to each department with daily routines

  • Assist to monitor company plans/performances and assist all team members to deliver their commitment.

  • Ensure compliance to all business requirements.

  • Manage all work flow for projects and maintain controllership.

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to perform various strategies and coordinate with program manager.

  • Evaluate and prepare forecast all policy changes and recommend appropriate business requirements.

  • Maintain optimal level of performance within required budget and ensure compliance to all standard projects Etc.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Work Experience: Not limited(including fresh graduated)

  • Education: Finance/Accounting or legal

  • Language: Fluent in English(Writing, Speaking) and Amharic(Korean is preferred)

  • Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel(PowerPoint preferred)

  • Attitude: Can do attitude, Imagination at work

  • Leadership: Team work
