Webuild S.p.A (Formerly Salini Impregilo S.p.A), the EPC contractor of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam Project (GERDP), would like to invite qualified and experienced candidates for the following position;
Job Title/Position: Planning Assistant
Application Deadline: Until filled
Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
Gender/Age: Male/25-30 years old
Required No: 1
Duty Location: Guba Woreda, Benishangual Gumuz Regional State (Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam Project). For those applicants that will be shortlisted for interview or practical test which will be carried out at the project site, located at Guba Woreda, transportation, accommodation and meal services will be provided.
Job Requirements
· Degree/Masters in Civil engineering .
. At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
· Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Auto CAD (PRIMAVERA preferred).
· Able to perform daily report, fortnight report, site pictures, Quantity estimation, build dates recorded from site visits.
. Able to cast date database, update the monthly production summary.
· Strong in calculating formwork from Reb-drawings (2D & 3D) issued by technical office and add together with Rebar and CVC as remaining in concrete database.
· Good skill in quantity calculation (concrete, formwork) and estimation.
· Update and review concrete casting database to provide information for monthly statement.
· Cross check/supervise all works done by local engineers.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Outstanding organizational skills.
· Reliable with a keen eye for detail.
