Master's Degree in Public Health, Communication For Development, Social/Behavioral Sciences, Health Promotion or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide strategic technical leadership in the design, planning, and implementation of SBC/RCCE activities to strengthen national preparedness and response to the mpox outbreak and other health emergencies. - Lead the development and execution of SBC/RCCE strategies and implementation plans that address risk behaviors and contributing factors related to mpox and similar public health threats. - Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive, multi-layered SBC/RCCE interventions that are evidence-based, community-driven, and aligned with national emergency response strategies.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Social Science, Business, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in situation analysis studies and contribute to program design; ensure data collection, analysis, and documentation of learnings; evaluate project impact and efficiency; - Implement complaint and feedback mechanisms.  - Coordinate with program teams and partner staff; ensure quality assurance and continuous learning.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Rural Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Builds staff and key partners’ capacity on gender and community service-focused program quality.  - Conduct capacity assessment and based on the results, prepare plans pertinent to the findings in the gender lens.  - Lead and organize the customer satisfaction forum tool facilitation in the project implementation area. 

Bachelor's or Diploma in Social Sciences, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct community sensitization and mobilization activities to raise awareness about CMAM and IYCF programs. - Work closely with community leaders, health workers, and local authorities to ensure community engagement and support for the nutrition project. - Facilitate the formation and strengthening of Mother-to-Mother support groups to promote optimal infant and young child feeding practices.
