POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of this position is to work closely with the respective stakeholders to ensure implementation of HR processes and procedures at the respective locations including ensuring HR compliance and risk management. This will include participating in creating policy and process documents; communication, monitoring and reporting on Corporate initiated projects.
Key Performance Indicators
Meets recruitment and selection TAT
Ensures adherence to statutory compliance relating to HR Accurately and timely up maintenance of Employee database
Ensures timely processing of payroll
Adherence to HR policies and processes
Implement Employee Satisfaction Surveys
Implement Corporate Social Responsibility
Ensure Employee Engagement activities are carried out in line with monthly employee engagement calendar and budget.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Implements company HR policies and processes in the site.Sets up and maintains HR reporting metrics; and status reporting in conjunction with the Site Head.Ensures compliance with HR processes and procedures at all respective locations.Drives recruitment and selection by identifying creative sources for recruiting qualified candidates through a variety of continually expanding means to include database, social media, job fairs, professional organizations, community agencies, and colleges. Delivers hiring numbers as per manpower projections and cost projectionsManage attrition within budgeted levelsManage updated personnel files, records and all employee informationSupports corporate teams in terms of data, reporting and other day to day informationWorks closely with site head and site level leadership teamInteracts actively with the clients at an operational levelPrepares reports as required by the management.Ensures Employee Satisfaction Surveys participation and action planningCoordinates implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in conjunction with the Operations Site Head and/or Location HR ManagerEnsures adherence to Corporate Social Responsibility MOU and deliverablesActively promote and ensure implementation of Career Paths for various levels.Works closely with the Operations Site Head and/or Location HR Manager in the implementation of Corporate HR projects.Ensures timely monthly coordination of employee engagement activities for respective locations.Coordinates the timely administration of performance management in conjunction with the Site Head.WORK CONDITIONS:
Ability to work extra hours to meet business needs.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent course.
At least 2 years’ experience in an HR management role preferably gained in BPO / shared services
Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
Must be highly organized, keen attention to detail and goal oriented.
Good at preparing and analyzing data
Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects.
Proficient in MS word, Excel and Power point. Excellent understanding of labour laws for respective countries.
Familiar with Performance Management process
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Demonstrates a sound work ethic, and is consistent and fair in making decisions.
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and related HR activities
