• Responsible for receiving incoming material, stacking, storing, and issuing of materials along with carrying out necessary documentation in the factory.

• Responsible for coordinating, and contorting raw materials, Packing materials and finished goods storage areas in the warehouses.

• Execute Proper Loading, preparing, and processing of orders, setting priorities customer orders and deliveries.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the stock level of all inputs; raw materials and packaging materials required for the entire production against minimum order quantity and update the level to the supervisor on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Maintain proper up to date records of all raw material, packing material and finished goods stock movement.

• Perform proper receiving of inputs; raw materials and packaging as per the documents by checking the quantity and quality of all imputes to be received.

• Prepare the Goods Receiving and Material Issue Vouchers in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare all the necessary documents for delivery of goods to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

• Perform proper dispatch of products to customers as per the documents by checking the quantity and quality of all products to be dispatched.

• Perform proper raw material release/transfer/delivery to production, and proper receiving of finished goods from production with the required documentation on timely and accurate basis.

• Facilitate and participate in the periodic stock counts by maintaining good stock management system in the warehouse.

• Perform activities required to comply with 5S and health & Safety standards in the warehouses.

• Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds for cleanliness and required standards.

• Execute, the daily warehouse operation and activities to the standard of the company.

• Coordinate with finance and submit timely and accurate inventory control data and analysis for periodic materials management in the warehouses.

• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.

• Prepare periodic reports as required and submit to the concerned body.

Job Requirements

Education and experience

• TVET 10+4 in Supply /Materials Management and Two (2) years of relevant work experience OR

• TVET 10+3 in Supply /Materials Management with four (3) years of relevant work experience.

• Exposure with similar working environment is desirable.

• Experience in manufacturing company is required.
