Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies or in a related social science field of study with relevant work experience A certificate in a relevant course along with strong data collection experience and English proficiency will be considered Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct in-person KIIs and SSIs with diverse participants including IDPs, GBV survivors, trafficked youth, local government officials, traditional leaders, and vulnerable populations. - Accurately transcribe the Amharic interview content and translate into English, incorporating relevant non-verbal cues and contextual observations. - Participate in two days pre-data collection training, one day pilot interviews, and protocol orientation sessions. - Coordinate closely with the Field Team Leader and Field Coordinator to report progress, raise concerns, and address challenges in real time. - Maintain digital and physical security of all collected data and notes in line with data protection protocols.

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Design appropriate tools and methodologies for assessing project outcomes. - Assists the development and/ or updating of monitoring and evaluation plans, guidelines, tools and systems for use by Hope for Justice        - Develop work plans according to project and donor needs.

Master’s degree in law, Social Science, Political Sciences, Public Policy and Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - As part of the established Makatet Secretariat, and in tandem with the international GCR Advisor, support the implementation of the Road Map and the Operations Plan of the GRF pledges - Within the secretariat, support the policy analyses and strategic planning, as well as the collaboration with ministries and bureaus for the inclusion of refugees into national and development plans and the formalizing of the cooperation

Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Law, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in implementing child protection in emergency or other similar projects and a clear understanding of child protection technical areas such as case management, PSS, CBCPS, etc Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring the implementation of child protection activities designed to prevent and respond to child protection risks/concerns affecting crisis-impacted children in target locations - Coordinate project activities at the woreda level and make sure that the project is implemented in the target woreda/locations in line with the agreement entered into with respective government line offices/signatory bodies. - Provide guidance, mentoring and coaching to Social Workers/Community Volunteers to enhance the quality of child protection case management and provision of psycho social support services.
