Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests at reception desk of Spa
Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and provide accurate information to clients
Ensure all guests entering to the Spa & Fitness Centre sign the appropriate form
Maintain membership forms and member records; give appointments to clients on specific days
Handle and process payments in the Spa & Fitness Centre
Perform administrative tasks for the Spa & Fitness Centre
Check and maintain safety and first aid equipment daily
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Marketing management or related field
Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operation
Good customer service
Effective communication skill
