Job Description

  • Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests at reception desk of Spa 

  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and provide accurate information to clients

  • Ensure all guests entering to the Spa & Fitness Centre sign the appropriate form

  • Maintain membership forms and member records; give appointments to clients on specific days

  • Handle and process payments in the Spa & Fitness Centre

  • Perform administrative tasks for the Spa & Fitness Centre

  • Check and maintain safety and first aid equipment daily

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Marketing management or related field

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operation

  • Good customer service

  • Effective communication skill
