Job Purpose:

Manage business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of the division.

  • Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Develop new business opportunities

  • Do frequent customer meetings on new business opportunities in partnership with Vendors

  • Responsible for the end to end process of a bid under the specific Section/Division

  • Closely follow up on the entire bid proposal response

  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with

  • client requirements

  • Ensure product configuration and technical compliancy are done as per the client requirement

  • Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services ar included in the final price to the customer

  • Ensuring that bids are submitted on time and are as complete and accurate as possible

  • Monitor the proposal’s content to ensure its content compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements

  • Monitor for relevant competitive procurement opportunities, managing the bid opportunities pipeline

  • Track Risks and issues involving dates, schedules and compliances throughout the bid process

  • Present a weekly bid status report to the department

  • Register the business opportunities with Solution vendors

  • Attend contract negotiations

  • Responsible on ordering process with Vendors/Distributors and monitor the process until successful delivery to the customer

  • Monitor contract deliveries and present a weekly delivery status report to department Director

  • Monitor the import and logistics process for the successful delivery of contracts

  • Evaluating the division's performance and identifying areas of improvement.

  • Providing technical direction and professional support to division personnel.

  • Ensuring that staff members comply with the policies and procedures of the division.

  • Assisting with employee recruitment, as well as overseeing the onboarding process

  • and training of new division staff members.

  • Reviewing office operations and reporting any issues to senior management.

  • Working with the HR department to handle all inter-division disputes and conflicts.

  • Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed.

  • Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner.

  • Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate trainings to team.

  • Provide guidance to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and

  • attendance on regular basis.

  • Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans.

  • Responsible for a sales forecast pipeline and present a weekly report.

  • Responsible for Vendor certification plan and assign resources to get ready and being

  • certified.

  • Should be responsive to any other Task/Activities assigned by the Department

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration or Similar Field

  • Experience 4 years for BSC, out of which 2 years must be in a supervisory Position.

  • 5 Years for BA, out of which 3 years must be in a Supervisory position.

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
