POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist's responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests at reception desk of Spa
Maintain orderliness at the front desk by arranging documents accordingly and keeping the front desk area clean at all times to avoid rowdiness.
Attend to all routes of spa bookings, such as online, phone, and in person, to ensure that reservations are not left hanging but attended to promptly to keep the spa business running
Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and provide accurate information to clients.
Handle and process payments in the Spa
Responding to requests for help and information
Perform administrative tasks for the Spa Centre
Check and maintain safety and first aid equipment daily
Job Requirements
Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Marketing management or related field
Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operation
Good customer service
Effective communication skill
