BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or in a related field of study with GPA 2.50 and above  Year of Graduation: 2024 and above Place of work: Dire Dawa, Harar, Bedessa & Agena(Gurage zone) Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle front office customer service at the branch, including attending to customers at the counter respectfully and efficiently - Assist with the process of opening and maintaining customers’ accounts, as well as performing cross-selling activities of bank products and services - Handle payment and collection transactions, including receiving and paying out cash within specified limits. Post different types of business transactions accurately.

MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years as Senior Digital Banking Officer or other equivalent related job positions.
