Master's or Bachelor's Degree or TVET Level IV in Record Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience out of which 5 years in the banking or microfinance sector and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
