Job Description

Manager, Property Administration & Facilities Management

  • is responsible for the implementation of activities related to properties management as per the approved policies, procedures and guidelines.

  • He/she will ensure that properties are well managed, kept and put to purpose expeditiously and economically.

  • He/she will also be responsible for commercial buildings, acquired properties; own buildings, forex bureaus and ATM contract agreements, rent administration and insurance of ATM and insurance coverage of items in the warehouse. 

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics Management/ Property Management/ Purchasing and Supplies Management or other related fields

  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications is an added advantage.

Experience Requirement 

  • Minimum of 9 (Nine Years) relevant experience preferably in a Bank

Competencies Required

  • Experience in administration and property management 

  • Experience in logistics.

  • Excellent numeracy skills.

  • Contract management skills.

  • Project management skills.
