The Senior Recruitment & On-Boarding Officer

• implements activities related to Recruitment and on-boarding including participating in job design, recruitment, selection and orientation processes.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement

• B.A Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business Management or related fields of study.

Experience Requirement 

• 5 (Five) years of relevant post-qualification experience preferably in a Bank

Competencies Required

• Technical experience in Human Resources and/or Business Administration

• Knowledge of best and current HR practices and approaches. 

• Knowledge and understanding of appropriate employment branding and marketing tools, methods and approaches; and ability to measure effectiveness and reach.

• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within a Bank. 

• Proficient in the use of social media, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, CV databases and interview techniques

• Good Communication Skill

• Team Player
