Heal Africa Health City S.C an emerging conglomerate business firm established by highly honoured professionals from various fields, mainly medical and health specialists and sub-specialists who have excessive experience in the field of medical services.  Heal Africa Health City is looking for a dedicated bunch of expert to ensure the efficient transition of our newly acquired healthcare facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a Manager, Pharmaceuticals Import and Wholesale, under the direct supervision of Heal Africa health City SC Board delegate, will have responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition of the already functional Med-Farm into a new establishment, through realization of an innovative strategy for a complete shift of service delivery.

• The duties in the transition period include preparing a well-designed transformational plan that will take the Med-Farm to the highest possible level within an acceptable prescribed period of time and efficient use of resources. Effective in transition period management leads the candidate to be considered for Head, Pharmaceuticals Import and Wholesale facility.

Job Requirements

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities

• A Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy and Masters’ degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM), Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.

• A license from the national regulatory authority (EFDA)

• Seven years of experience with a minimum of 3 years managing a pharmaceutical importer.

• Intensive knowledge and experience as salesperson of pharmaceuticals in the private health sector

• Understanding of the health sector at national and sub-national levels

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Good computer and electronic record skills. Knowledge on software used in SCM has an added value.

• Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
