Heal Africa Health City S.C an emerging conglomerate business firm established by highly honoured professionals from various fields, mainly medical and health specialists and sub-specialists who have excessive experience in the field of medical services.  Heal Africa Health City is looking for a dedicated bunch of expert to ensure the efficient transition of our newly acquired healthcare facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a Medical Education Expert, under the direct supervision of Heal Africa health City SC deputy Board CEO, will have responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition of the already functional Medical College into a new establishment, through realization of an innovative strategy for a complete shift of service delivery.

• The duties in the transition period include preparing a well-designed transformational plan that will take the medical college to the highest possible level within an acceptable prescribed period of time and efficient use of resources. Effective in transition period management leads the candidate to be considered for an academic and research vice provost of the Medical College

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in medical education or related fields.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in high level leadership of higher education institution.

• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and employees.

• Have an excellent understanding of national and regional higher education institution policies.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent computer literacy skills.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
