Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for the Overall activities of his/her area. Represents Edomias in that area, receives, distributes and controls uniforms, cleaning and other materials to the projects. Receives & sends incoming and outgoing letters from and to Edomias respectively. Pay taxes on behalf of Edomias, manage attendance and different leaves of employees on the area.etc.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises all projects in his/her area.

  • Oversees attendances and leaves in each project.

  • Coordinates the hiring of permanent and relief workers.

  • Receives and sends any Edomias  document on timely basis.

  • Procures inputs (such as cleaning materials) to the projects when the need arises, delivers these inputs to the projects.

  • Ensures staffs have their uniforms and PPEs on time.

  • Ensures employees have their social security numbers.

  • Reports any incidents affecting Edomias and its staffs.

  • Reports periodically on the Edomias businesses he is responsible for.

  • Performs duties as assigned by different Edomias departments and sections.

  • Links Edomias to the clients and staffs in each project.

  • Represents Edomias in the area.

  • Pays taxes due to Edomias.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • BA in Management Accounting, SCM  and  related fields

Experience

  • 2 years 

Additional Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English And

  • Fluent in local language (Somaligna)

  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
