Main Responsibilities
Lead the creative conception, directions and execution on content and visuals for all brands on digital, ATL and BTL communications with respect to the brand guidelines.
Produce high quality creatives that would give a competitive edge to our brands on the market.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Managing creative teams (internal/external) consisting of graphic designers, writers, artists, photographers, vendors, or other individuals who work together to create new products, and communication material.
Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects and review designs to ensure they meet United Beverages specifications or reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the company’s products.
Establishing timelines for projects and managing the workflow to ensure that deadlines are met.
Managing budgets for projects and adjusting when necessary to ensure they are within range of the original estimate
Implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals.
Leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines .
Managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion and report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution.
Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media.
Coordinating with internal and external team to develop concepts, create prototypes, and finalize designs.
Confidently produce practical creative work which is implementable and fit for purpose whilst keeping to corporate values
Capable of managing external/internal creative team/agencies to deliver on design projects.
Ownership of delivering assets for multiple marketing channels (social media, website, digital, advertisement) either through an agency or directly.
Support our global team with their design requirements, including cobranding.
Collaborate in market research projects and manage the design of product packaging and labelling
Ensure the consistent and professional application of our premium brands identity.
Feed the marketing team with creative ideas for new product branding and creative lead on events and exhibitions.
Minimum Educational Background & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital marketing, web design or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photo Shop, InDesign
Basic office software skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Google web tools for reporting
knowledge of video production and editing
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team member at all levels
Ability to not only take direction but also provide expertise
Strong work ethic and capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks
5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
