Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Needs Education, Social Work, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the establishment and operationalization of disability inclusive Temporary Learning Spaces (TLS) in target kebeles. - Conduct community sensitization sessions to promote the right to education for children with disabilities. - Provide ongoing technical support and capacity building to partners on disability inclusive practices. - Collect accurate, disaggregated data on learners (age, gender, disability, and location).

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Education, Special Needs Education, Social Work, Agriculture, Community Development or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure disability-inclusive planning and implementation across all project sectors: Health, Nutrition, WASH, Education, and Agriculture. - Support the identification and inclusion of persons with disabilities in all beneficiary targeting and registration processes. - Collaborate with FIDO and HEKS to integrate inclusive practices into sector-specific interventions, including health outreach, nutrition screening, hygiene promotion, and agricultural support.

MA or BA Degree in Sociology, Social Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Pedagogy, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate planning and implementation of the project across all implementation sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Follow up the day-to-day operations of the project activity in all sites , ensuring adherence to objectives, expected deliverables in a designated timeframe  ; - Ensures that project operations are carried out in accordance with government, MSD and donor child protection policies and compliance requirements;  

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology,  Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Gender and Development, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Plan, lead, organize, direct, coordinate and monitor the overall planning and execution of the child protection activities in the project site, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the child protection activities, ensuring adherence to objectives and timelines. - Follow, assist and ensure social service workers (SSW) have updated monthly and quarterly implementation plans. 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Gender Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality and timely implementation of GBV-related activities, including prevention, response and MHPSS support. - Facilitate regular communication with SDB Adwa staff and other partners for activity planning and follow-up. - Ensure accurate record-keeping of beneficiaries reached, sessions conducted, and materials distributed.
