Job Description

  • To provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa standards of performance.

  • To cordially greet all arriving and departing guests and open the hotel doors for them as well as help them out off/into their car or taxi.

  • To assist guests with check-in and checkout and to carry their luggage to or from their rooms

  • To escort guests to their rooms and explain all services provided by the hotel such as restaurants, fitness center, etc. Upon reaching the room explain about the climate control, minibar, fire exists, TV and if they need any other service

  • To help unload luggage from vehicles.

  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in related operations.

  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
