Immediate Vacancy Announcement
Humedicae.V is German based International NGO registered in Ethiopia in February 2010 and re-registered on July 8, 2019 with registry No. 1605 as foreign Charity. Currently, Humedica SNNRP, South Omo Project is looking for a qualified Administration and Finance Officer.
BASIC FUNCTION
Prepares summary of financial interim and periodic reports.
Prepare monthly payroll and ensures the payments of taxes.
Prepares check request vouchers and payment vouchers ensuring that all supporting documents are completed before payment.
Ensures that all purchases are effected as per the purchase guidelines and procedures of humedica Ethiopia.
Review and follow up project budget utilization with the coordinators.
Prepare cashbook for all expenses.
Term of Employment: Contract until July 31st 2024 with possibility of extension
Salary: Gross Salary ETB 22,522(It includes pension, 4 % PF, 15% hardship allowance and 600-birr Transport allowance)
Place of Work: SNNPR South Omo Jinka
Qualification
BA degree in Accounting, Management or Business Administration
Required Experience
Minimum of four years’ experience (Experience in humanitarian organization is desirable)
Language skills
Very good English speaking and writing skill
Other Skills
Very good communication skill, empathy and patience
Interpersonal Skills requirements:
Ability to work harmoniously with the team.
