We would like to advertise for the following position: 

Responsibilities:

• Deals with internal escalations and ensures resolution of these items in a timely fashion

• Develops, tracks, and maintains network availability and quality metrics for entire route and all consortium customers.

• Engages with staff and subcontractors to ensure that weekly objectives and goals are being met

• Conducts frequent touchpoints with team to gauge and assess performance in meeting project/departmental/business objectives

• Completes status updates on various activities and ensures tracking on time and within budget

• Produces reports on SLA's, KPI's, Health and Safety, quality assurance related to MS fiber maintenance project.

• Troubleshoots both internal or client issues and resolves these in a timely manner

• Proposes, documents and maintains continual process improvements to internal standard operating procedures

• Ensures that monthly targets set at the executive level are tracking/trending on schedule

• Completes performance reviews of sub-cons on periodical basis and provides ongoing coaching on performance

• Assesses internal training needs and identifies training opportunities to ensure effective performance

• Maintains materials by approving materials for usage that meet quality standards

• Maintains and builds team engagement and enablement

• Continuously reviews and ensure Procedures are updated

• Ensures spare parts always available for Corrective Maintenance

• Manages supplier relationships for 3rd party spares and ad hoc services

• Plans and executes Preventative Maintenance schedules

• Maintains Test Equipment, Tool kits and vehicles

• Enforce compliance to HSE rules for safe working environment and personal safety

• Analyze operations, identify performance issues, and recommend and implement corrective action.

• Any other related duty as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or related field

• At least 5 years work experience in fiber and transmission field

• 3 years of Project Management experience 

• PMP Certification preferred 

• Field experience which includes exposure to aerial, underground and/or splicing disciplines

• Ability to read, evaluate and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and technical documents for OSP facilities

• Knowledge of OSP materials/pricing necessary to complete the job

• Knowledge of the OSP construction process

• Knowledge of business plans, customer requirements, and market.

• Extensive experience in fixed and radio access TX operation/delivery.
