We would like to advertise for the following position:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network monitoring: Monitor client networks using the available tools
Incident response: Log all activities into the incident management system. Make necessary follow-ups and update the incident management tool. Ensure incidents are closed timely with verification of customer satisfaction.
Communications management: Timely broadcast useful information to the customer and internal management regarding critical faults. Communicate any required information and/or changes to the field engineers
Reporting: Generate reports for the customer and/or management in regards to service availability, uptime, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Customer issues and SLAs etc
Participate on special projects as needed and defined, meeting all timelines
Coach and mentor new junior NOC staff
Performing any other related duties assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time
Reports To: Project Manager
Job Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in ICT, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field
At least 1-year Experience
Customer care experience is an added advantage
