Job Summary

• The Junior Building Construction Mgt. Officer is responsible for following up on buildings under construction and building maintenance/modification, as well as expansion works per the Bank’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management or related fields

Experience

• At least two (2) years’ post qualification experience in a similar role.

• Interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build collaborative relationships with sensitivity to diversity/inclusion.

• Creativity and innovation skills.

• Action oriented.

• Quality focus and attention to detail.
