The job will consist of:

• Stock Management: Maintaining minimum stock, recording stock (tools, spare parts and consumables, semi- and finished products) in Peachtree.

• Preparing purchase orders to procurement team.

• Preparing deliveries and delivery orders and record them.

• Preparing handover reports.

• Manage the store team members well.

• Manage and arrange the store and keep it neat and organized.

• Check and Submit reports on stock movements, waste and progress-development of it.

Experience: 2 – 4 years

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Mandatory working knowledge in Peachtree, MS Office and exel.

• Proven experience as Store-warehouse team leader or similar role

• Organizational and leadership ability

• Problem-solving skills, Communication and interpersonal skills

• A good understanding of English in writing/reading + talking/listening

• The will to learn new things and work in flexible hours

• The will to work according to international standards and quality

•  Willing to live in Bishoftu.

Education Level:

• Bachelors in Logistics and Supplies Management, Accounting or related studies
