Job Description

· Planning and developing social media campaigns and Crafting compelling content or getting it developed.

· Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members.

· Engage influence, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.

· Possess a wealth of pertinent social marketing experience.

· Ultimately, a top-notch social media manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.

· Running company social media advertising campaigns.

· Drive engagement by creating high-quality original content.

· Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.

· Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

· Monitoring the company's brand on social media.

· Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.

· Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

· Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

· Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

· Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals.

· Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.

· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

· Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

· Set specific objectives and report on returns on investment obtained

· Generate, edit, publish & share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos/news)

· Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

· Collaborate with teams, like marketing and customer service to ensure brand consistency

· Communicate with followers, respond to queries on timely and monitor customer reviews

· Oversee social media accounts’ design (Facebook, profile pictures and blog layout)

· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions

· Familiarize with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools/applications

· Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.

· Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations

· Managing the social media marketing strategy for echogravity and echogravity’s clients; focusing on LinkedIn, facebook, telegram, instagram, viber, whatsAp, etc

· Develop and curate a high volume of engaging social media content for all platforms

· Share Freeform social media best practices with internal executives and external partners and provide social media guidance to show talent and show runners

· Liaison with all other departments at Freeform to ensure that social media is infused into all touch points of our business

· Manage internal and external clients and vendors for social media related projects

· Actively examine, interpret and report on fan-driven conversations to guide the rest of the Freeform team on actionable insights gleaned from the social conversations around our programming

 Job Requirements

· Proven work experience as a social media manager

· Hands on experience in content management & excellent copy writing skills

· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

· Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

· Knowledge of online marketing channels

· Familiarity with web design, excellent communication skills

· Analytical and multitasking skills & Social media marketing experience.

· Experience developing social media strategies & developing a marketing plan.

· Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

· Proven ability to build social media communities.

· Understanding of graphic design principles & ability to measure the success of campaigns.
