Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Facilitate the development and implementation of surveillance strategies aligned with IR1 objectives.     - Facilitate the development of project annual and sub-annual microplanning, as well as other planning, monitoring, and reporting templates.  - Facilitate the development and implementation of Community-Based Surveillance (CBS) using standard CBS guidelines. 

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Veterinary Science, Epidemiology, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Under the general supervision of the Regional Surveillance coordinator, the job holder will be responsible for: - Facilitate the implementation of surveillance activities in line with project objectives and national guidelines at the woreda level. - Provide day-to-day technical support and supervision to surveillance focal persons at health facilities and community-based surveillance (CBS) actors/community. - Coordinate with woreda-level public health and animal health offices to integrate human-animal surveillance efforts and response plans. 

Master’s Degree in Public Health, Health Systems or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Guide QI teams in designing, testing, and implementing improvement initiatives in health facilities using the Kaizen and Model for Improvement and iterative PDSA cycles - Support the development, testing, and implementation of QI projects in the health facilities across the SLL360 facilities - Monitor QI indicators and support adaptive strategy development

BSc Degree in Environmental Health, Public, Community Health, Development Studies, Community Psychology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Sanitation and Hygiene Promoters to reach all target communities and households with VHV programming, leading to the creation of Healthy Villages and Healthy Homes. - Support Sanitation and Hygiene Promoters in Community Led Total Sanitation, Community Conversations, Training Community WASH Facilitators and in mobilizing community for sustainable maintenance of water points - Lead activities at target primary schools and health posts so that schools and health institutions can become Healthy Schools
