Job Description

Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking to hire IT Specialist through third-party agency. The employment contract will be concluded with the third-party Agency and not with Habesha Breweries.

Result areas & responsibilities

Servers Administration

· Monitor all system alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software

· Administer and execute various management activities and manage all backup activities

· Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues

Security and compliance

· Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls

· Upgrade systems with new releases and security patches

· Creating a backup and safeguarding the data

Troubleshoot

· Troubleshoot and correct hardware and software problems

· Troubleshoot SAP related problems and communicate with SAP developers if necessary

Configuration Setting

· Install and configure software and hardware

· Building and configuring PCs and laptops as well as loading software/application

Networking

· Setup local area network for printers, Desktop computers and Broadband and VPN connection

· Monitor the office network and internet connectivity to ensure all network environments are operational

Effective maintenance of IT Equipment

· Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

· Maintain and support the computers and basic IT infrastructure

Satisfied Clients/ Customers

· Quickly troubleshoot and resolves problems reported by users

· Communicates users with status of systems so they can perform duties effectively

· Quickly assist on other IT related support requests.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Computer Science or related field

· 4 years of experience
