• Kerchanshe Trading P.L.C is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets.  Currently our company needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.

Job Description

•  Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations

• Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations

• Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.

• Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved

• Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability

• Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement

•  Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations

• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process

• Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

• Checking payments /petty cash, bank cheque payments and other related tasks

  • Performing assignments given by department or by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualification

•  BA degree in Accounting, Economics, Agricultural economics, Agri-business, Finance or other related field of study 

• At least 4/5years of experience and Agricultural auditing experience is added advantages

Skills Required 

•  proven working experience as Internal Auditor 

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports

• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

• Sound independent judgment

• Be adaptable and able to meet deadline

• Fluency in English and Amharic is essential
