  • Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management or Management OR Diploma/TVET10+3/Level  IV & COC Award in Human Resource Management or Management

  • Work Experience: For BA, 1 year as Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the banking industry. OR 1 year as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent experience OR For Diploma /TVET 10+ 3/ Level IV, 2 years as a Human Resource Assistant  or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR2 years as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent experience
