Hotel Manager

Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an active and proactive General Manager candidate willing to transform its services to the next level. If you are experienced with Management and have what it takes to tackle new challenges in a new environment then this job is for you. 

Your key responsibilities will be:  

• Oversee the operations functions of the hotel,

• Ensure compliance with Hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Closely monitor the hotel's business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly. 

• Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, are on target and accurate.

• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program, salary budget, etc…

• Maintaining a positive work environment for employees; and most importantly, a positive

place of accommodation and service for the company’s customers (tenants, hotel guests, etc.)

• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling

• Work on new policies, approaches, and procedures

 Requirements:

• BA degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration or related fields

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial position in the hospitality industry

• people-oriented, results-driven, and need to have knowledge of HR systems 

• Needs to have a negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills

• Excellent skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft Office and other programs

• Perfect knowledge of hotel operating software/ systems

• Able to build and effectively manage employee relationships at all levels of the company
